I personally find caravan tours to be a good use of my
time. I know there have been a couple of sales that have
resulted and many agents have gotten price reductions
because of the feedback given. I encourage agents to
participate….their next sale might come as a result of the
exposure to other agents also participating in the tour.

I just wanted to share with you the success of the
Coventry Caravan and my appreciation for all of the
participants! As a result of the pricing feedback, I was
able to get a $20,000 price reduction on my listing! As
you well know, sellers think you are just trying to "under
price for a quick sale," and he couldn't argue with so
many agents in agreement on the proper price range for
the property! It hasn't sold yet, but I definitely have a
