'EXCEL FOR REALTORS®': A Hands-On Condensed Class

(6 CEH's Real Estate)

This mid-level course has been customized with a suite of tools designed to expand the hands-on database and spreadsheet capabilities of real estate professionals, in order to enhance their ability to interpret complex market and property data for the buying or selling clients that they represent.  Real estate-specific scenarios will be demonstrated, including:

· Performing Comparative Market Analysis using data imported from MLXchange or other outside data sources 
· Calculating net proceeds for clients 
· Estimating costs at closing and proceeds from sales 
· Creating 'What If' scenarios that can be used to calculate different outcomes based on different market scenarios 
· Creating  charts and graphs that can be used to illustrate historical and trend data for clients
· Analyzing statistical data such as sale price to list price, $/sq. ft. analysis, days on market analysis and solds/actives analysis 

All instruction will be hands on, with laptops furnished by the course provider.

#012-3 QUADRENNIAL CODE OF ETHICS TRAINING - MANDATORY

(3 CEH's Real Estate or CORE)

Effective January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2004 and for successive four year periods thereafter, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instruction time. This training is a requirement of membership in your REALTOR® ASSOCIATION. Code of Ethics training is approved for three hours of continuing education credit. Completion of the program, however, is mandatory for REALTOR® membership.

We are now in the 3rd Quadrennial period, 1/1/2009 - 12/31/2012

All REALTOR® and Appraiser members of NAR are subject to this requirement.
